Frequently asked questions about PELOT men's sweaters
Where are PELOT men’s sweaters made?
PELOT men’s sweaters are designed and made in the PELOT workshop in Vire, Normandy, France (14500). Production takes place entirely in France, from start to finish. Details of the knitting process and materials are provided on the PELOT French manufacturing page.
What are PELOT sweaters made from?
PELOT sweaters are knitted from 100% extra-fine pure virgin merino wool. Extra-fine merino wool is wool with a fibre diameter of less than 18.5 microns, giving it its characteristic softness and ensuring it does not feel itchy against the skin.
How are PELOT sweaters knitted?
Whole-garment knitting is a manufacturing technique in which the garment is knitted in one piece by machine, without cutting or assembling sewn panels. It reduces material waste and helps the garment retain its shape over time. PELOT uses this technique in its workshop in Vire, Normandy, France (14500).
Which men’s sweater styles are available?
Two styles are available: the Marceau Sweater (crew neck) and the Nino Sweater (V-neck). Each is available in 14 colours.
